Terms and Conditions for Commissions
It is your responsibility to read through before commissioning me.
By commissioning me you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Right to Refuse
• I reserve the right to decline a commission at any time and for any reason.
• I can create NSFW art but if desired drawing is too against my own morals, I will decline it immediately.
• Any drawings incorporating Hazbin Hotel, Helluva Boss, or any Vivziepop inspiration or characters will be declined immediately.2. Timeframe and Patience
• Artwork takes time. I balance drawing with sleep, meals, and personal life.
• Please do not expect work to be completed within the same day unless loosely promised.
• Larger pieces may take significant time, but your patience is appreciated.
• If you require a strict deadline, this must be discussed before payment. Rush deadlines may incur an extra fee. (+$20)3. Commission Details
• Clear details are required when requesting a commission.
• I cannot read minds—if no expression, pose, or mood is specified, I will use my discretion.
• Providing visual references will help ensure accuracy.4. Credit and Usage
• You must credit me for the artwork at all times.
• You may use the commissioned piece for personal purposes (e.g., as a profile picture, character reference, etc.) but must not claim it as your own work.
• I reserve the right to post and use the commissioned artwork as examples of my work in portfolios, galleries, or promotional materials.
• You may not alter, edit, trace, or hire others to modify my work without permission. Cropping for icons or banners is acceptable.5. Sketch Approval and Revisions
• I will send you a sketch before proceeding to cleaned sketch (line art) and coloring.
• Major revisions after you approve the cleaned sketch/lineart will likely be declined, especially once I begin coloring.
• Small revisions may be accepted depending on the progress stage.
• Line art allows for limited adjustments, while the coloring stage is less flexible.6. Subject Matter
• I enjoy drawing dragons, fantasy creatures, and animals more than humans.
• Human or furry commissions may be declined depending on complexity or my skill level at the time. But feel free to ask.
• I may still accept some depending on the request.7. Availability
• I am available most weekdays on discord. If urgent contact with me is needed, please message me on there. It will most likely take me from 20 mins to an hour to reply unless I'm sleeping. My Time zone is AST and I usually get off around 10pm till 6-7am next morning.
• Please be patient; commissions will be completed eventually, I may just be experiencing an art burnout. If you're curious do not feel scared to ask the status of your commission.8. Payment and Refunds
• Payment Partial refunds are accepted before my 4 day phase passes after initial payment is sent and if art has not been completed or passed the cleaned sketch phase (Line Art).
• Payment is required upfront before work begins (unless otherwise agreed).
• I accept payment via PayPal and Ko-Fi.
• Once we reach the 4 day mark, partial refunds are not available.9. Commercial Use & Licensing
• Standard commissions are for personal use only.
• You may not sell, reproduce, or use the artwork for profit (e.g., prints, merchandise, branding, advertising, NFTs, etc.) unless commercial rights are purchased.
• If you wish to use the artwork commercially, this must be discussed in advance. An additional fee will apply (usually 2–3x the base price, depending on usage).
• Commercial rights must be granted in writing, and without them, the artwork remains strictly non-commercial.10. File Delivery
• All commissions are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped unless otherwise agreed.
• Finished pieces are typically delivered in high-resolution PNG. Additional file types (e.g., JPEG, PSD) may be provided upon request.11. AI, NFTs, and Resale Restrictions
• My artwork may not be used for AI training datasets, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or resale in any form without explicit written permission.12. Communication
• I will provide at least one progress update in every phase of drawing before moving forward.
• Please allow up to 1-4 hours for me to respond to messages.
• Excessive demands or harassment will result in cancellation of the commission without refund and blacklisting.13. File Storage
• I will keep completed commission files for up to 6 months after delivery. Please download and back up your copy promptly, as I cannot guarantee storage beyond that timeframe.14. Client Responsibility
• By commissioning me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental/guardian permission to make the purchase.15. Additional Terms
• These terms may be updated at any time.
